Multi-phased hotel renovation of 360 hotel rooms and public spaces. The project includes a full renovation to the entire facility including enhancements to the interior design, exterior structure and amenities of the resort. Completely refurbished guest rooms, 20,000 square feet of expanded indoor meeting and banquet facilities, a new porte-cochere entrance and marble lobby with waterfall. Constructed 2 new pools including a Splash Zone activity area.
